The Center for Digital Experience (CDX) is focused on advancing the engagement of patrons, shoppers, travelers, staff and students through on-premises digital media and messaging.

The CDX will encompass a wide range of digital media including dynamic signage, kiosks, mobile, augmented and virtual reality, technology interface (voice, gesture, etc.), analytics and other technologies that enable the digital experience in business to business and business to consumer digital experience. Services include:

  • Recorded instructional webinars on DX planning, investment, implementation and optimization
  • Introduction of vendors and end users
  • Live education and training including the March 27, 2018 pre-DSE18 Customer Experience Conference
  • Case studies and whitepapers that reflect and advancement of the state of the art.
